I used to look at a lot of fitspo on tumblr, and I'm doing that again because I do find it inspiring. Here are two little things I found today that I liked:
In the midst of this chaotic week I've managed to stick to my aims of going to the gym/getting yoga in. On Monday I was dog tired but I went at 8:30 PM before my library shift simply because I said I would. When it was over, I felt really proud. Going to the gym, versus walking outside or bike riding, makes me feel like I'm in the fitness world. I think hitting up the elliptical regularly is good for my mind set, along with my knee...and my a**.
Back to work for me!
Update at 10:17 PM - I got a major chunk of work done and my first thought was I can't wait to grocery shop and eat clean and exercise and concentrate on my body again. It was a good feeling!



I can imagine that working out at 8.30pm would help rejuvenate you before your night shift. I'd certainly need it!
